The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and very nice. Would recommend if you want to stay in Cologne. Right next to the shopping centre and 5 mins from the cathedral. If you want to go to the Christmas markets (which is why we went), then you are perfectly postioned in the centre of all 7 markets.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gute zentrale Lage, komfortables sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Keine vorhandene Dusche, nur Badewanne wo es etwas schwieriger war zu duschen. Frühstück etwas teuer.

Direkte Umgebung nicht besonders toll (Blick auf eine Kaufhauswand gegenüber, derzeit viele Baustellen in Köln); dafür vieles in Fußweite erreichbar; Duschschlauch angerostet und sollte mal ausgetauscht werden
